What it does
A native macOS menu bar app that schedules your skills, discovers new ones automatically, and runs Claude locally on your machine. Morning briefings at 7 AM, nightly digests at 8 PM, weekly check-ins on Sunday, all hands-free.
How it works
- Scans your repo for scripts and Claude Code skills
- Shows them in the menu bar with last-run status
- Runs skills on a configurable schedule (daily at a specific hour, or weekly on a specific day)
- Uses Claude Code headless mode, no terminal window needed
- Monitors connection health and flags when data sources are unreachable
- Auto-updates via Sparkle when new versions are available
Features
- Configurable terminal app (Ghostty, iTerm, Terminal, etc.)
- Live status indicators: green (healthy), yellow (stale), spinning (running)
- Automatic skill discovery, add a new skill file and it appears in the menu
- Check for updates from the menu bar
Setup
- Download the app and move it to your Applications folder
- Open the app, it lives in your menu bar
- Go to Settings and select your Patina repo
- Your scripts and skills are discovered automatically
- Schedule any skill to run daily or weekly
