Structured goal-setting tied to your life pillars.

What it does

An interactive goal-setting workflow that walks you through each of your life pillars (Family, Business, Health, etc.) and helps you define concrete outcomes, quarterly milestones, monthly targets, and weekly actions. It pushes for specificity — "get healthier" becomes "run 3x/week and hit 155 lbs by September."

Can be run as a full reset (all pillars) or an update to specific ones.

None. Goals are a conversation between you and Claude, saved to a local file.

How to use

Claude will walk you through each pillar conversationally. You can also run it to update just one or two pillars.

How it works

  1. Reads existing goals file and your life pillars from CLAUDE.md
  2. Determines mode: full reset or update specific pillars
  3. For each pillar, walks through:
    • Reflect — how are you feeling about this area?
    • Focus areas — 2-4 options to narrow in on
    • Success criteria — concrete outcome by end of year
    • Quarterly milestones — Q1 through Q4
    • This month — 2-3 specific actions
    • This week — 1 first step
  4. Compiles everything into a structured goals file
  5. Saves to goals/2026.md

Output

Saved to goals/2026.md. Referenced by /weekly for progress check-ins, and by /morning to keep your current focus visible. Monthly and weekly targets are updated as you complete them.
