What it does
Pulls attendee context, recent conversations, open items, and relevant threads before a meeting. You get a briefing with who you're meeting, what you last discussed, and what's unresolved — so you don't waste the first five minutes catching up.
Connections used
Setup
- Install Granola on your Mac
- Connect it at claude.ai/settings/connectors
- Paste this into Claude Code to create the skill:
Set up meeting skills for my Patina. Create two skills: /meeting-prep (pulls attendee context, recent conversations, open tasks, and relevant threads before a meeting using Granola MCP tools) and /meeting-tasks (reviews Granola meeting transcripts and proposes task updates based on what was discussed, presenting a numbered list for me to accept or decline). Use list_meetings and get_meetings to access transcripts.
How it works
- Checks your calendar for the next upcoming meeting
- Looks up each attendee in your people files
- Searches recent emails and messages for conversations with those people
- Pulls open tasks related to the meeting topic or attendees
- Formats a briefing you can scan in 30 seconds
