Extract tasks from meeting transcripts.

What it does

Reviews your recent meeting transcripts from Granola and proposes task updates based on what was discussed. Presents a numbered list you can accept, decline, or modify. No tasks are created without your approval.

Setup

Same setup as /meeting-prep — both skills are created together. Install Granola, connect it via Claude connectors, and paste the setup prompt.

How it works

  1. Lists recent meetings from Granola
  2. Fetches the transcript for each meeting
  3. Extracts action items, decisions, and follow-ups
  4. Cross-references with existing tasks to avoid duplicates
  5. Presents a numbered list for you to review
  6. Creates or updates tasks for the items you approve
